AdLabs finds not being recognised by Reach The Peak

My Granddaughter, who is registered with Geocaching.com, has her own phone and geocaches with it. She has been doing some AdLabs with me over the past month but they are not registering on the Reach The Peak page. When she completes any other type of cache she receives points on the page. While she is doing the AdLab she answers the questions correctly and her Find Count increases by one for each location, as per normal. When she finishes the cache she writes a review which can be seen by me on hers and my phone - so that seems to be working as per normal.

 

The question is why the Reach The Peak page is not seeing her AdLabs. My Reach The Peak page is working as it should be.

 

Can anybody please help me to help my granddaughter?

There was a glitch the last mountain month for counting adventure labs. Other than that they seem to be working fine. Did she complete them for the December mountain?
