Adventure labs are shown on their own app on a smartphone.  If you don't have a smart phone, you aren't seeing them at all.

 

I suspect HHL understood that your request to exclude is about a physical bonus Mystery cache  that may be associated with an AL.  

 

If you don't have a smart phone, then you're loading a gps? just don't load Mystery.  Or only load Mystery if you've looked at the page, and solved it.
