Wherigo issues?

When I go to the Wherigo site and try and log in, I get the text below. When I click on the home page link (that you can see below), the same error reloads.

If I click on the links at the top of that page that link to GC, I go though fine without needing to log in again. Any idea how I stop this repeating error so that I can get into the Wherigo site?

I just went to Wherigo.com and logged in without issue. If it persists for you, you might try  the Wherigo Forum.

there is a "signing in" thread that gets bumped from time to time

Thanks Isonzo, not holding my breath though as the last previous post was in April and nobody has replied to that yet... He had the same issue that I have...

Often issues aren't addressed by reply. They're simply fixed.

 

That's the correct thread (I believe) to post a bug report about Wherigo where HQ staff will see it.  

Mostly though, error messages on Wherigo are  ephemeral.

This is getting quite annoying as I pay my subscription, but I am being denied access to part of the site... Not sure how I can escalate...

Escalate by contacting staff - I'd use 01. my account as it's an account issue

I'm experiencing same problem for about a year or two. Contacted support once and got canned reply explaining they are not able to do anything and I should try again later. Pretty disappointing. I had to make another account for downloading and creating Wherigo caches.
