No smiley faces :-(

Hiya's. My found caches on the phone app have smiley faces but when I get home and look at the website the caches I found are no longer on the map at all. The DNF's are showing up as blue faces but no smileys. Help please? Thank you :-)

Usually the map Filters are set to show only caches you didn't find yet. Check them and change "Found Status" to All.

I'm having the same problem: no smileys on the map from my computer but they show on the phone app. Where do I change the map filters? I've looked in settings and on the map details.

OK I finally found the Filters section. Why-oh-why doesn't Groundspeak put up bulletins in red at the top of the page when changes have been made.  We had done nothing to change this aspect! Programmers always think they are making things better but users suffer the consequence (ARGH)!

You can try to filter the caches online.

You click "Filter" and choose "Found". Then you should find the caches. I do not had the Problem. I have some  pictures with a description.

I hope it works!

P.S. I do not used my location or GC Codes at the images, i do not wann to make publicity.
