compass_bearing_north
I know this has come up before, but the old one seems abbandoned. Quote Link to comment
+montythemule
Maybe things will pick up here, the SF Bay Area thread seems to have died. Cheers ***************************************** This Space Intentionally Left Blank Quote Link to comment
+Kealia
Hey, something closer to home. I'm in Scotts Valley and have spent my first 2 months in this area and have a TON of caches left to find. It's a very cache-rich area! Hope to see some of you out there! Quote Link to comment
+mortaine
Hey, I'm also in Scotts Valley, but I also geocache up in Milpitas/San Jose, where I work. Quote Link to comment
+Kealia
Mortaine, nice to meet you - don't mind the grumpy face on the avatar . I would be caching in Saratoga where I work as well but I recently got laid off from my dot.com company that is quickly shutting down. I just looked at the caches that you've been on and we've got some in common. There are few in Henry Cowell that are great - you should check them out. Also, make sure to check out Echo's other caches (Eagle Fire, Echo's Playground) for some really great views!! Hope to run into you sometime. Quote Link to comment
+mortaine
Oooh! Echo's a bit, um, hardy for me, most of the time! I tend to go for the 2-star and lower terrain caches, on account of my poor physical fitness and asthma. I think I've decided my current love is Micro caches, though! There are TONS of them in the Silicon Valley, and they're so much fun! Definitely embracing the spirit of the sport! Maybe we'll run into each other caching sometime.... or arrange to meet at a cache or event? Quote Link to comment
