The Zoo Keepers
The wife and I are making a quick run into the Long Beach & Hollywood area as well as a day at Magic Mountain. I was wondering if some of the local geocachers could point out a few interesting or off the beaten tourist path caches for us to try. Thanks you for any input & happy hunting on your next cache! husqui
If you are adventurous and want to escape the heat, then you gotta try this one... The Swimmer's Cache I haven't had a chance to dive down myself but others have and it sure sounds like a lot of fun. As far as Hollywood is concerned, I don't frequent that area but I've been to this one and I highly recommend it: The Hollywood Reservoir It's a beautiful, serene spot somewhere in the hills of Hollywood. Plus you get a good view of the Hollywood sign. Quote Link to comment
+RichMaru
Those two cities are not exactly next-door neighbors, but whatever... You might also try The Kayak Cache. You don't need a kayak, but they can be rented, and it sounds like fun (haven't done it yet myself). It's in Huntington Harbor, not too far south of Long Beach (much closer than Hollywood!). Have fun! Quote Link to comment
