Magellan Pocket Query download

since last February I have not been able to successfully download my pocket query to my Magellan device.  I have used this device for several years successfully.  recently I cannot get the download to come over from my PC.  I suspect it may be my windows version( windows 7) or is there something new I need to download to my PC?  Very frustrating!

Easy to do manually - Connect your device. You should be able to navigate to it with Windows File Explorer.

Get your PocketQuery results file either from email or download.

Unzip it if necessary,

You should have two files: a ".gpx" file and a ".wpt" file. 

Now, I apologize; I don;t have my device in front of me, but it's pretty obvious where the two files go. There's a folder for caches (the GPX file), and a folder for waypoints (the WPT file).

 

If that doesn't work, c'mon back again with specifics.
