How can I get an archived cache back on the card ??? .

Generally, you cannot. It's very, VERY rare to reactivate an archived cache. Speak to the reviewer for the area of the cache.

Unarchive a geocache

Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Caches will not be unarchived for the purposes of adoption.

If you accidentally archive your cache, contact the reviewer who originally published your cache page or another local reviewer. Make sure to explain why your cache should be unarchived. Provide the GC code.

This one? https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC7KCFX

This one will stay in the archive forever. You had several months to fix the problem and the reviewer reminded you twice (!) to do so before archiving it. Why haven't you taken care of the cache in 2020? The important quote given by TriciaG is "If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived." so there is no chance.

You may reload the cache meaning to put out a new cache with a new listing at this position. Of course it has to go through the review process again and maybe this place is occupied by any other cache owner denying your new cache.

Please maintain your caches earlier next time. Than these problems won't occur. :-(
