Auto renewal App Store problem

My prenium account is retun to basic today, however i see the auto renewal payement on App Store.

I have try to disconnect/connect on website and on app but no change, i stay in basic mode ..

 

I put 15 new caches prenium only last weekend and I can't access them now...

We can't help you. You have to contact geocaching HQ about a payment issue. Use the Help Center/contact us at the bottom of each page.
