Suggestion changing profile page, geocaches owned / geocaches archived

Please explain why you think it's better.  What does separating them help ?.   Thanks.  :)

I prefer them right where they've always been, thanks.  They're in order of placement. That's my caching history.

I’ve often thought it would be useful to look through someone’s active caches, without having to page through their archived ones too.

I think it is good for other geocachers to know how many active caches someone has. Archived caches are less important.

It better indicates how many caches someone has. How many caches someone had is not that important

This is NOT a response to your suggestion about the public profile, which seems like reasonable request.  Just some info about how to exclude archived caches from an owner list.

If another player wants  to see your active caches,  use Search

Any player will see ONLY your active, not archived.  You will see all of your caches there.     Below is Search for hides by cerberus1 - 4 caches, one disabled - profile shows 28.

For a cache owner to only see their own active caches:

1) owner dashboard will return those  -> https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner   (link is under the PLAY header,) from there  -> https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner/published

2) pocket query of "caches I own" will return active, not archived
