Is there something wrong with the forums? It looks like this both on my computer (Firefox) and IPhone (Safari):

Yes there is a major problem with the loading of some forum assets... Lucky even finding a way to reply to this comment!

Oh boy, was this post hard to create!

 

It looks like the server is throwing 403 Forbiddens when we request the stylesheets.

 

 

Some engineer is going to have SO MUCH FUN debugging this!

Partial normality? (as of 10:00pm PST?) Nope, it reverted to good old "plain HTML" shortly afterwards...

For what it's worth it's screwed for me too, Firefox on Linux.

 

I'm hoping this reply will make it as it's almost impossible to navigate the forums right now.

At least you can find the list of enormous reaction icons to quickly know where every comment is on the page.

For an international site this is taking too long to fix.

Can someone set permissions to 755 for the affected directories?

I finally managed to find the reply function;)
Looks like the css is missing. Hopefully it can be restored.
Every time I'm surprised how bad a website looks without css

 

EDIT: 5 Minutes later it work again...

I reported it. I couldn’t get into the forums at all so I Emailed GCHQ.

I'm glad somebody mentioned it, because I thought it was a problem at my end.  I'd just overhauled my router's ad-blocking lists, and thought I'd have to debug that mess or undo my changes.

 

Luckily, I was lazy enough to wait a bit, and noticed this thread.
