+capograph Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 I recently changed my email in the settings. Since then I can no longer select an email when creating pocket queries. I tried adding other addresses, even the old one that I had removed, but nothing changes. Where is the error? What do I have to set? If the field is not filled with an email (which is only possible via drop down) I get an error message when creating the pocket query. Thanks for your support. Quote Link to comment
+Kalkendotters Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 Only emailadresses that are validated are shown in the list. You can try to revalidate your emailadress. If that does not work, you have to contact Groundspeak so they can investigate why your emailadress is not marked as validated Quote Link to comment
