Premium account does not work anymore

First of all: I already contacted the support but did not get an answer yet.

 

I bought the premium version 4 days ago and the app was unlocked immediately. So far so fine... but 1 day later it is locked again though I paid the yearly fee. 
 

I‘m really annoyed ? 

someone here with the same problems?

Geocaching HQ Support is best equipped to look into the details for your account.  Please keep in mind that yesterday was a National Holiday in the USA, which explains why you haven't heard a response yet to your ticket.

Yes I‘m indicated as basic member again - but why? I paid for a year, I was a premium member for ONE day ? ... if this is a bug I was just wondering if there are more members here with this problem while using the iPhone app.
