Drafts on app not syncing with website

I download caches to a list to use offline without data and so I like to write draft logs on the app whilst out caching. When I get home I then use website on laptop to write a full log after accessing my drafts. However it is very frustrating that the app drafts regularly do not sync with the website - it has been happening for years! Sometimes it seems to resolve itself then starts happening again! WHY??? It is so irritating and causes so much extra work to log finds! Please sort out this bug - or tell me what I need to do to get this feature to work properly!
