+Glen Falcon Terrors Posted December 10, 2020 Share Posted December 10, 2020 Anyone else having problems accessing Geocaching App via iPhone? (I'm accessing now via lap top). Following download today of the above update, I cannot now access the app. The update was for 'Ongoing maintenance ... small visual changes and bug fixes for a more consistent experience'. Have tried switching phone on / off & downloading the Geocaching App from the App Store, but all I get is a green page with the Geo logo in the middle of it! Help! Quote Link to comment

Same for me, iPhone 7 with 14.2, and says the software is up to date. Don't want to uninstall/reinstall the app and lose my saved waypoints. Quote Link to comment

I wait with the upgrade on my iPhone until this is solved. And the browser version struggels with a lot of other strange things that make me start loosing my interest... ? Quote Link to comment
+Jayeffel Posted December 27, 2020 Share Posted December 27, 2020 I cannot access Geocaching app via my iPhone 6 +with iOS 12.5, the phone says is up to date ( I don't think the phone will accept updates beyond 12.5). Geocaching works on the iMac. I tried by turning the phone off then back on. Every other app seems to work okay. Quote Link to comment

Thanks for the update, only just viewing forum since last post! One thing I learnt from I.T. at work was if something wasn't working 'have you tried turning it off then turning it on again?'
