Caches logged on phone not showing up on computer

Hi all, I have had repeated cases over the last week or so but I think going back a month (maybe) where I log a cache on my phone, and it clearly shows as found on the map view, but when going to the log record for the cache, my log does not show up. Also, when I then look at the same information on computer, the cache log does not show up at all (including the map view). i have been relogging the caches on computer. When i do that, my total number of caches found is the same on my phone geocaching app and on the computer website. I'm befuzzled. anyone else having these troubles? is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I would imagine someone will ask which app (and perhaps version) you are using to log caches on your phone.  Might as well get that out of the way first.
