banner not longer loading in profile

Until a few weeks ago the image I put on my telenet webspace was shown fine within a profile.

Now, the image/banner no longer is shown. This is fairly annoying as people whom solved my caches should be able to use the URL to place the banner in their profile.

- Nothing has changed on the webspace

- Image is still reachable/visible when browsing to it (http://users.telenet.be/BDumon/bloesem.jpg)

- This is how it's entered in my profile: <img src="http://users.telenet.be/BDumon/bloesem.jpg">

- other images/banners hosted on my webspace are having similar issue.

Did anything change on the website and is it not allowed anymore?

Do I need to find another location to host my images/banners?

Some advice would be helpfull!

Thanks in advance,

Kland53

It depends on where you are hosting the image. See this Release Note. It may answer your question.

Same here. However, there seems to be a difference as to which browser i choose to show my profile. Google Chrome does not show some of the banners anymore, but Firefox is showing everything just fine.

Chrome now blocks any http content within https pages but other browsers aren't doing that (yet).
