My gift arrived at destination: Not yet but on its way internationally. Should arrive before Christmas. ??

According to tracking, my package left my local post office 2 hours after mailing. It then sat in post office 6 miles away for 4 days! I just got notifications that it is on the move again but it is still here in the USA. I do apologize to my recipient. Will be reaching out to them if possible to let them know the situation.

Once it is out for delivery, the mail carrier completes a final scan and it is marked as delivered at the time of the scan.  The only way to get a delivery scan is if the package was delivered by the carrier or scanned as delivered before putting it in your rented mailbox at the post office.

I was hoping to get lucky this year. Just for a change. Two days ago, my neighbor tried to call me, but I missed his call. When I noticed it, it was late at night, so I could not call him back, but I got excited and fantasized about the parcel that was too large to be put in the mailbox and needed his involvement . (Mailboxes around here are really small, only suitable for regular mail). Next morning, I called him - and learned that he tried to reach me to ask whether I have happened to accept a package that he was expecting. So, we were both disappointed, but at least had a good laugh at that.
 

Jimrky, how is Bethie_Biker? Is she recovering nicely? Be careful with your back, if your craneship is steel needed! I hope it is not.

Look what I got from Traveling Armadillos on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!  How impressive are they at judging the postal service?!      I am only getting two presents this year, both from this mission, and it looks like Traveling Armadillos went absolutely above and beyond in their mission to me.  I am so grateful for all the wonderful things that were sent, and thank you from the bottom of my heart     PS The card made me actually laugh out loud.  Santa's face when he looks at the GPS

Wow!  That was quite fun watching the tracking on Melissa's mission!  It supposedly was being sent back to sender, yet arrived in the mail today on Christmas Eve!!!  It's a Christmas miracle!  Thanks SeabeckTribe for all the great geocoin, cool magnetic flashlight, very useful mask, and all the other goodies!!!

I want to thank We4Fullers so very much for the lovely Mission which they sent to me. It was very meaningful, too. The first thing I saw was a Sevigny Ribbon box. I have known this since I was a child - it was my Dad's favorite, but it had to be Sevigny because they made the thin style. (Started in 1926 Sevigny was based in Brockton, MA [next to Easton where I grew up], was bought by F.B. Washburn in 1986 who ran them as a division until they sold out in 2017),

 

Thanks for the lovely coins, so inventivePath Tags, the fantastic ornament (cute!) and the thoughtful card. You made tonight very special!

Ho Ho Ho it is now midnight here in Ontario and as previously reported my mission was delivered and now I can officially open it. Thank you to my secret Santa: Fantastic Five, it is a great coin which I do not own and will now be in my collection.

Merry Christmas...I am so glad you got the gift, the card was hand drawn by my talented daughter (I can’t draw a straight line with a ruler).  Happy to hear that I didn’t send you duplicates, after hearing how many geocoins you had.   

 

Also a special think you, as you got me into this mission.  However, my partner is now wondering why all of a sudden these little “Medallions” are showing up on the bookcase.
