Some people can't download it at all while it works just fine for other people. I've noticed that a lot of the people that are having trouble are using android devices though. Groundspeak isn't exactly "dedicated" to the service, in the same way as Geocaching.com. There's also the fact that the URL you've supplied on your cache listing isn't exactly "copy-paste friendly."
