Premium Not Showing Up

I have had my premium account for a few months now but now it won't show up. It keeps telling me to switch my google accounts but I only have one attached to the app. I tried deleting and redownloading the app as well as logging out and signing back in. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Use the "Contact us" button on the bottom of every page to get help from HQ. They are the only ones who can help you with this issue.

 

To answer your question, I haven't heard of this specific issue yet.

Did you pay for a year of PM thru Google apps, or just three months? Just wondering, since you said you had it for a few months then it stopped.

I contacted them last night and it was fixed this morning. The subscription that I bought is the month to month one through the app. Didn't realize till afterwards when I checked the site that there were the year or three month options.
