It is a regional site for Louisiana and her neighboring states. There is a monthly newsletter with reader submissions, a discussion board, a chat room and lots of other stuff. It is meant to not replace the national site, but to augment cache hunting/placing in our area. Especially in the area of "Roaming Caches."
