Looking through the comprehensive souvenirs list on Project-GC, it appears there were three of them: Germany for Donerstag on the 13th of April 2017 Canada for Canada Day on the 1st of July 2017 Australia for Australia Day on the 26th to 28th of January 2018 I doubt there'll be any more in that series as it only ran for a year.
