Best caches in orlando area

Around December 5th, I'll be for business in Orlando for a few days, and I'd like to take a day for doing some caches in the area. I'll probably rent a car, and will be able to drive a few dozens of miles. I'd like to know about nice off the beaten track caches, which may involve some hiking. No urban caches.

 

Any recommendations?

There is a nice series of 3 or 4 caches along a hike east of Orlando that you'd probably like. We came up with a good list at http://www.cacheflorida.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=9

 

I'll second the vote for "Wings over Orlando" as well...that was a cool virtual & we had a lot of fun there. One of the photos we took there has become my computer desktop wallpaper.
