Huge error to compile program

Hi, never had this error, but I cannot compile or run the cartridge...

 

This morning everything was okey, but a few minutes ago, this happened:

It looks like an image file doesn't exist at the location defined in the error message.

Look in the Urwigo thread at my post. It's pretty much the same error message. I still don't know what is happening, but one thing is certain: this error also pops up when I create a very simple cartridge without any images. Basically, it pops up when I try to compile a cartridge that consists of nothing else but the name. Oddly, this is only the case on my notebook. Everything works on my old notebook that I specifically pulled out of storage to test this. It's something with the windows installation, but I don't know what. It's not .net framework, nor java.
