App and Website not Sync'ed

I was working through my list of found caches to complete a mystery.  In doing so I found that some of my finds have not been registered.  I look them up and it shows my log write up in the list of logs and has my smiley face, but when I go into my list of finds under my profile the find is not listed.  Can anyone help me on this? I believe it is affecting my finds numbers.  I have found this with at least 2 of my finds.  These 2 were of 4 in one day.  The other 2 are in my listing but 2 are not.

Can you provide more details, like the GC codes for the caches in question?
