+Fogtripper
Is there a way to filter map results by trackables contained, or is it a matter of opening each to view the info on the cache's page manually? Side note: Wondering how travel bugs do these days. Had one of ours taken entirely, one taken logged but never placed again, and ones we've tried to help along be missing from their last logged location. Quote Link to comment

One option is to run a pocket query for caches that have a TB listed in their inventory. Another option is to look at the list of nearby caches and that'll show you if a TB is listed in the inventory. It will not, of course, tell you if there's actually a TB in the cache. I've had lots and lots of TBs stolen, some before they even get 1 mile of travel. 1 Quote Link to comment

This is a big thing we have issues with new folks on, when taking them on a geocaching 101 run. They want to find a trackable, and most are surprised that so many aren't accurate. When we tell them it's pretty-much been fixed at least once already, they understand... Humans are participating. Very few sig coins we hand them later ever make it into the wild. Almost all of the caches local to me that show a TB in the inventory actually have the TB(s) missing. Quote Link to comment
