[bug] In e-mails with logs on own or watchlist caches the link in the name "Logged by:" is incorrect

I'm not referring to the profile page, the bug is just the link in the e-mails you get when someone logs a cache. Corrention on this comment: you are right, I didn't notice this difference, I thought it was just a wrong link, but it is even more weird.

This is still occurring for me. I received a couple of logs on one of my caches yesterday afternoon, and clicking the links takes me to my own profile.

 

Oddly, the URLs in the links are different:

http://coord.info/PRF9VEX

http://coord.info/PR86Z1D

 

When followed, they redirect to:

https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?code=PRF9VEX

https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?code=PR86Z1D

 

...yet, they both display my profile when followed.

 

Maybe a bug with the part of the site that parses the "code" parameter?

I am experiencing the same behavior.  My Examples:

Geodude2008
  http://coord.info/PR2JZK8  
  https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?code=PR2JZK8

thedrainspies
  http://coord.info/PRGXNTK   
  https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?code=PRGXNTK

 

When they resolve, my profile is shown even though the https link is displayed in the URL line of my browser.  Also, it indicates a warning the connection is "Not secure" .

Interesting. If you follow any of the links in my post or KCSearcher's post, does it show you another cacher's profile or your own? I just tested to make sure it wasn't that something had since been fixed, and I still see my own profile.

I see the correct profile when I follow those links - 

Yours direct me to miss_mylene and madre6095

KC's direct me to Geodude2008 and thedrainspies

 

When you follow those links, they direct to your profile?  Interesting indeed...
