Duplicate Entry on "Recently Viewed Caches"

I've never seen this happen before, but a cache is showing up twice on my "recently viewed" list.

 

It's an odd cache in other ways as well; posted by a brand new "regular" member (signed up all of two days ago) with only this one hide and no finds, and our reviewer did not post his usual "congrats on your first hide' message on publication.

Fascinating! I too noticed the lack of the usual congrats message and and wondered if the cache was placed by an experienced geocacher and not a noob. ?
