Adventure Lab v 1.2.20 & 21 Problems iPhone

Downloaded Adventure Lab v 1.2.20 and the screen goes into a never ending search (spinning icon). Deleted app and reinstalled, same problem. Tried version 1.2.21 which was released 1 week after v 1.2.20 but still no luck getting past the spinning icon. Using an iPhone 6S. 

Is anyone else having problems?

We have version 1.2.19 installed on a newer iPhone and it works fine. Can we get the old version 1.2.19 downloaded... it worked with our 6S.

What version of iOS do you have running on your iPhone 6S?  The Adventure Lab app requires iOS 10.0 or higher.

v 13.6.1 is the ios on my iphone 6s plus

Have the same problems since two weeks, and have taken the same measures as nick PYC. iPhone 6S.
The answer from Groundspeak is that they "are looking into the problem".

 

I think this is really annoying, since I am trying to publish my own Lab before end of August, and I really wish to testwalk the Lab before publishment...

Thanks Nogana. We aren't too familiar with the forum and thought we were lost in the ether. If you see this can you tell us how you got an answer from Groundspeak. We are in the same boat with trying to put out an Adv Lab. Thanks, PYC

Downloaded the new Adventure Lab version 1.2.22 today and it works for our iPhone 6S plus running ios 13.6.1.
