+EveRan2013
I have below issue, I think this is caused by a labcache I delete because I had an issue with that? How can this be solved? I tried to find the labcache again, but this is shown as completed in the app Quote Link to comment
+ecanderson
Lab caches aren't added to your find total, so that shouldn't change the total. All of your profile find counts are showing 5554 now, so perhaps the one in the upper right has caught up now? Quote Link to comment

+ecanderson
? I thought they were some kind of exception to the rule since they were rather outside the norm -- not even real virtuals. Guess the good news is that as far as I can see, the OP's stats look OK now. Of course, only they can see the same screen they showed to us. Quote Link to comment
+ecanderson
It's been happening to a number of people, and they do see them catch up. I thought I recalled another recent thread on this topic. Yes: Quote Link to comment
Keystone
To restore a deleted Lab Cache find, see this Help Center article under the caption "Restore an Adventure Lab Cache Find." To understand which statistics are affected by Adventure Lab finds, including the overall geocache find count, see this Help Center article. 3 Quote Link to comment

Had a "counter issue" just the other day. I logged two traditional caches via GSAK and the API, but my "total finds" counter only incremented by one. I started to wonder, but about an hour or so later saw that it finally incremented by one more to the correct count. Better late than never, so to speak. Quote Link to comment

It's the northern hemisphere's summer heat slowing down the messenger hampsters that have to run up the steep hill to update the counter at the top of the screen. 5 Quote Link to comment

Just restored it but the count has still a difference, so I think there is a bug in this. Quote Link to comment

Perhaps it was a hamster that left his p in your cache? Quote Link to comment
