I added 2 more more emails and have validated them both. But now I cannot change notification emails nor can I add a new email to a new notification. Quote Link to comment

Still no option to choose alternate validated email when adding a new notification or modifying an existing notification. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 As a quick FYI, any time you have an account issue like this you are best off contacting our Community Engagement team through the Help Center (http://www.geocaching.com/help, then select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom). They can look into your account details in a way that people in the forums can't. Kalkendotters was correct in their suspicions - your problem had to do with unvalidated email addresses. There is some deeper issue here as I can see that the email addresses appeared as validated to you. However, our internal tools indicated that they were not. I validated both and confirmed that you can now select an email address in the drop-down on the notification page. 1 Quote Link to comment
