We used both IOS and Android official geocaching app today in the field and had no problems at all Quote Link to comment

Darwin473 Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 If you are using the official geocaching.com app, I had that issue and neither restarting the phone nor updating the app worked for me. I was able to fix it by uninstalling the app, then re-installing it. After the removal, it all worked properly for me. Though as Keystone said, let us know which app you are using, it may make a difference. Quote Link to comment
