Language preference reset to English

Hi,

 

I encounter an issue with my language setting. I switch it to french many times, I well saved, but after few minutes, during my navigation on the website, it's reseted to English. 

 

I try with different browsers, and PC. I have always this behavior.

 

Does someone have an idea?

I've heard of this happening when people use c:geo. It's a side effect of this unauthorized app scraping the geocaching.com site (in violation of the terms of use), instead of getting cache data via the API or via GPX files.

There have been bugs within the past year which also caused this behavior.  The threads indicate that engineering thought the bugs were squashed.  The OP should confirm whether they are using an unauthorized application which forces changes to the language preference.  If so, then this thread can be closed.  If not, then HQ's engineers will want to know that the prior behavior has resurfaced.  The post focused only on website use.

You're right tons effectively related to c:geo. I disconnect it and after 15 minutes of navigation, it's still in french.
