problem with notify

Hello

all of a sudden all my notifications stop working.
My domain I have used for many years is bredband.net.
I have changed to gmail.com and then it works.
I'd rather have my old mail.
Anyone know what the problem is due to?

It sounds like bredband.net might have put the Groundspeak servers on a spam list. Once a provider does that, it can be hard for the email sender to get off the spam list. It might be more effective for you to contact your provider and ask them to allow Groundspeak's email to get through.

I've talked to bredband.net and they say they did not add geocaching.com as spam.

Two weeks ago some spam accounts exploited the Message Center emails and created a large amount of spam emails. That resulted in several email providers throttling all emails from Groundspeak and geocaching.com to make sure they were not spam. This could be such an effect, though your provider doesn't think so.

 

Typically, email delivery problems are resolved with the email provider, and not Groundspeak, but it's possible Groundspeak might be able to help.  Did you contact the Help Center?

p.s. Another Swedish cacher is having issues - I wonder if they had the same provider.
