+Douce Us 5
Hello, I used to get a text message to my phone when a new cache was released in my area. It hasn't been working lately and I can't find where to set that up anymore. Did they get rid of that option? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
Keystone
What is your carrier? There is an active thread reporting problems with ATT emails to text service. 1 Quote Link to comment

+srladybug
I haven't been getting notifications and I use Verizon. Doesn't sound like a carrier issue to me. Also I just looked at the setup for notifications and it doesn't show text messages as an option. Has it ended?? Quote Link to comment
Keystone
Text messages are not a direct option in the Notifications setup. Rather, you need to associate the text message address as an email address for your account, and then select that address when setting up your Notifications. There is a Help Center article about this, but at the moment the Help Center is offline for maintenance, so I cannot provide a direct link. To my knowledge, nothing's been done by Geocaching.com to limit this functionality. 1 Quote Link to comment

Nowadays I just get an email which is then sent to my Motorola G4. Quote Link to comment
