+indee49
Been trying to do a specific adventure lab for a couple days. On the map the blue dot representing my location does not move, so when I'm near the attraction it says I'm 0.5 miles or whatever distance from the point where the blue dot is stuck. Done about 10 ALs with no problem. Checked my Bluetooth, restarted my phone, signed out and back in, redownloaded the app and same thing. Many other have completed it without mention of similar problems. Any ideas? iPhone XR Quote Link to comment

You can close the app and start over, and the dot will move again, until the next lab cache position is found. After that it might stop again and you'll have to close and restart the app again. But a far better option is to update the app. There are plenty new versions available, and as far as I know none of these has this particular problem. It's apparently a one-off. 1 Quote Link to comment
