+KYtrex
My wife and I just went on a nice geocaching trip to Tennessee. We have been to all the 'tourist' areas and wanted something different this time. We knew the general area we wanted to visit, so I downloaded several caches around that area. I programmed my Garmin V to avoid 'highways' and off we went. We got to see some of the most beautiful scenery and parks that we have ever seen in that state. I know TN is beautiful, but I was in total awe of some of the places we went. I want to thank the local TN geocachers for sharing some of their favorite places with my wife and I. They have become some of our favorite places, also. Many of them we will visit again. I just wanted to share this story with everyone. I feel that this is what geocaching is about. +Feros Family
We have cached our way up to NY from TN and back. Hitting caches in KY, OH and PA..plus NY. It is a wonderful way to travel, and helps with Driving lag. Quote Link to comment
