+SN67
Yesterday I tried to send some pictures via the Message Center, but it seems like there is a way too low size-limit (for me!). I've been told the limit is several MB but I can't send a small PNG of 371 kb!? Some other ones of less than 200 kb went through. And it's not because I try to send too many at a time. In that case you also get a warning. Here just nothing happens Is it a common problem or am I doing something wrong? Quote Link to comment

I doubt you are doing something wrong. Quote Link to comment
+arisoft
I have installed Open Camera app to my Android phone to be able to adjust the image size suitable for Message Center. The original Camera app has no size control. This seems to be a common problem when posting images thru the website. Edited June 5, 2020 by arisoft Quote Link to comment
+SN67
So it is rarely a problem ... that seems to be common!? I don't know of any issues in the app, I'm talking about the website, used from pc (in this case win10/chrome). I miss an answer from someone in the "engine room". If there IS a limit size of attachements, just tell us, so we know what we're dealing with! Quote Link to comment
MMEandK
I currently experiencing attached images being stripped also. Using up to date Safari browser. Images of 3.5Mb and reduced 178Kb both fail to send. Quote Link to comment
