It is possible to use BBCode in the description, but unfortunately this is not shown in this way. It is only displayed correctly in the bookmark overview in your own profile. https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?tab=lists#profilepanel Here the text is formatted correctly (underlined or bold).
