App freezes GPS after entering an aswer

Hi all,

 

We're experiencing problems while walking an ALC on our iPhones. After answering a question, it looks like the app is freezing the GPS. While we're walking to the next location the dot doesn't move and the message "move closer" stays. The only work-around is to close and restart the app. This is happening on 3 different Iphones. The version we're using is 1.2.13; build 1973

 

Any idea's?

Thank you for sharing all of this detailed information. I imagine many folks have discovered the "work around" that you have (closing out and re-starting the app). Apologies for the inconvenience here! The team at HQ is looking into this issue and we hope to have it resolved quickly.

I had the same experience with the Android app (v1.2.13). My workaround: Just leaving and re-entering the map page refreshes the location icon.
