Set up different sign on name?

Have introduced friend to geocaching and she is picking it up very quickly. She downloaded app on phone, and logged in using Facebook. So her FB profile name shows as Geo User. She wants to sign up her own Geocache account, but not lose the finds/logs she already has. Is there a way to create "new" account from FB login, or disconnect the one profile from the new one?

Would it be enough to change her username? See the Help Center article Edit username.

With only 7 finds to her name, worst case scenario is relogging 7 with a new account.

Yes, that seemed to do the trick. She signed in with FB login, changed name in settings, updated password and logged out. New account created under new name with logs saved.
