Community celebration events - limited attributes

I've been fortunate enough to be allocated a Community Celebration Event, and I've started to draft it out. However there seems to be a limited number of attributes available for it. In particular, I can't add "food nearby" or "drinking water available", even though I can add these to an ordinary event. Is this a bug or a deliberate exclusion, and if so, why?

What about the 'Lost and Found' attribute? The old Lost and Found events are renamed Celebration, but the associated attribute did not make the time transfer to the Celebration events.

At the time Community Celebration Events were released, it was announced that the "Lost and Found" attribute would not return. Please refer to the respective posts on our blog for more details.
