Couldn't send their mission...

 

I wrote him on May 23rd to see if he could send them. Still waiting for a reply.

Is it getting to be time to think about sending a replacement mission?

 

Are international packages being delivered in Portugal?

 

I have lots of coins it won,t be a problem.

 

Let's just wait a bit longer since there are still 9 missions to be received.

 

Still hoping that some missions will show up before the end of this week which was way too quiet to my taste :wacko:

I have some good news, Sensenschwinger received his last 3 missions so we are left with only 6 people still waiting for theirs :unsure:

And now for the bad news, Sensenschwinger still has not mailed his 4 packages.  He explained to me that shipping costs would be 220 euro for all 4 packages. He is waiting to see if it will go down.

 

I'll ask him if it's because the pakages are large ones. If so, I could ask him to go smaller. Just a card and a coin.

 

I will let you know what his reply will be ;)

 

For the 2 other people still waiting I'll check with the senders what they want to do.

For the 2 following missions, I've decided to give them 3 months to get to destination before asking for a replacement.

 

Laval K-9 ..... Was shipped from overseas 5-20 ------- Replacement request will be send August 20th

Helder_SSA #2 ..... Was shipped from overseas 5-1 ----- Replacement request will be send August 1st

 

Hope each party will be fine with my decision :huh:

Just received my last Easter Mission. Almost 3 months later, :laughing:.

I'm done with waiting so I sent the following extra patient people replacement missions. Hopefully they will receive them very soon :antenna:

Claire, please ask for my help with something like that, if it ever occurs again.  You know I would be glad to help and you shouldn't have to bear all the burden!

Let's hope it never happens again. I don't mind lost missions as they sometimes did in the past but not a situation like this one :(

Hey folks, sorry my missions took so long to arrive. They have been returned the first time (no international shipping due to corona) and I asked often when it´s possible again, but only as a special package (55,- € each) or as a letter. And letters aren´t allowed to keep goods inside. But I tried and I see they made it across the pond. As I had to take out the extras (like chocolate and pins) I added a second coin (an activated) to the card. Please send me a note so I can send you the adoption for the second coin.

Great news!!!! Team Bear-Cat #2 - Nancy received the replacement mission I sent her. She'll probably receive one from Germany too :rolleyes:

 

As far as I am concern, this concludes the Happy Easter mission. It started on March 4th so it lasted 5 months and 2 weeks :P

 

See you all for the Halloween mission and my Christmas mission :santa:
