Discovered Emails for trackables

Mega event are fun, until one of your trackables are being discovered by hundreds of cachers and they all e-mail their discovery. How can we filter out these unwanted amount of emails? I had one trackable discovered about 700 times, and in the last week have received 300 so far of another one of our trackables at an event. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on your email program, you should be able to set up a filter for the subject line containing the TB name, and automatically put those emails in a folder, or the trash, or whatever, without a notification to you.
