How do I turn off TB logs

I created a TB to visit the caches I go to, but it shows up on my profile that it visited (I get a "Found" and "TB visited" notice on my profile).  Is there any way to turn it off?

Please clarify your issue.

 

Are you asking how to turn off the TB logs? If so, then you couldn't "visit" it anywhere yourself. Go to the TB page and under Actions, select LOCK.

 

Are you asking how to turn off email notices? You shouldn't get any for "visit" logs.

 

There are no "found" TB logs. Are you asking how to turn off "Discovered" logs? You can't. You can only delete them. But MAKE SURE you don't post any photos (including on the TB page) with the tracking code visible!

 

If you're getting a bunch of "discovered" logs, you can temporarily lock the TB - which again means you cannot log "visits" yourself. You'd have to unlock it, do your logging, then lock it again.

.  I don't want to see this on EVERY cache I do, but I do want the TB to visit each cache.

I think I understand what you're trying to say. "took" - "to" = visit. I don't believe you can log a visit and not have it appear on the TB page. What would be the point? It would screw up the map of where you've been.

You could switch to the new Dashboard - it doesn't seem to show them there.  I've not seen any preference that allows you to tailor the old dashboard.
