+vinyrd
I put my Adventure into testing. When I scan the QR code it brings up the first page, kind of the home screen of the Adventure, but I can't do any more. I don't see any locations and nothing comes up in the Adventure Lab App. Quote Link to comment
+Twinklekitkat
Did you use your phone's camera to scan the code or a QR app? You need to use the camera. To test mine I copied the link and e-mailed it to myself then clicked the link which opened the app. I had no issues testing mine. Just FYI, the geo-fencing is not enabled in test mode so that you can test it from home. Edited February 20, 2020 by Twinklekitkat typos-doh! Quote Link to comment
+vinyrd
Awesome that was it. I was using the QR scanner. Thanks Quote Link to comment
+pchappuis
Hi. With iOS, no problem. But with Android (we was 2 to try with differents devices) Very often the first code is mentionned as wrong, but it is the correct code. We always must quit and reopen the App, sometimes many times to make it pass. After this one passed, all the rest works not bad. Edited February 21, 2020 by pchappuis Quote Link to comment
Keystone
I moved this thread from the Geocaching Topics forum. Quote Link to comment

I deleted the test and then started a new test. I haven't had any problems after that. Quote Link to comment
+Happy Humphrey
I had the same problem, and I don't understand how to get the phone camera to recognise a QR code. It just takes a photo of it! Solution: email yourself the link, then access the email on the phone and use the link. Quote Link to comment
+kuja1a
I have sent twice test links (deleted the old and generate a new) to my friend for testing. Everything looks fine, but when answering he get the message "wrong answer". I can test at home on my mobile and it works fine. Should he be onsite during the test? Quote Link to comment
+Trekkin' and birdin'
Another issue I'm having is this....I got the test link to open in the app (Android phone) but when I try to test the first location, I have the stupid driving directions from google and can't get to the actual screen to check that location. Tech challenged here for sure! Thanks for any direction. Quote Link to comment
+Trekkin' and birdin'
After a lot of hair pulling, I was able to get the link sent to my email, then open it into the AL app for testing. All little goofs are fixed and hope to go live a little later! Quote Link to comment
