+Rustynails
When clicking( hide a cache) ERROR 500 is seen. What's going on now? Quote Link to comment
+Asterix 2003
Got this while logging. I think it's because of the souvenir. Edited February 2, 2020 by Asterix 2003 Quote Link to comment
+VelkyBobik
I think it's because the website has general issues. 1 Quote Link to comment
+baer2006
The website just logged me out, and I can't re-login. If I would openly say, what I think right now about souvenirs, I'd get banned from the forums for at least a week, I guess... 1 3 2 Quote Link to comment
+sloth96
I've had problems with the app and the website since about 9AM ET today. Getting 500 and error codes this fine day. Quote Link to comment
+Asterix 2003
I had the same issue now and I can't login again. I'ts not the first time, I see that problem. I think the last time was also during a souvenir promotion. 1 Quote Link to comment
+The A-Team
Yep, I'm getting lots of 500 errors and can't log in. There are also issues with the API, with only a few calls completing successfully and most failing. 1 Quote Link to comment
+Michaelcycle
Timed out several different page loads off and on since 9am EST Now that I am back from my hike (and a few caches) I consistently get the 500 error when I try to log them. ETA: and now I am logged out and get the 500 error when I try to log in And nothing on the GS HQ Twitter feed to suggest TPTB are aware of the problem sigh Edited February 2, 2020 by Michaelcycle 1 Quote Link to comment
Frau Potter
The engineers have made a few changes and hopefully the website will be running as expected again. Happy Palindrome Day! 02/02/2020 1 Quote Link to comment
+The A-Team
Things seem to be working for me now. I'm able to sign back in and access various pages. Edit: Cross-posted with Frau Potter. Thanks to the engineers for jumping on this on the weekend! Edited February 2, 2020 by The A-Team Quote Link to comment

+WadeH
Still massive lag and time outs here - most likely related to the souvenir today, but doesn't seem any better than it was before the engineers made their tweaks. Quote Link to comment

For me, it worked reasonably well for about 20 minutes or (which was enough to write and upload my 3 find logs for today), but now it seems to be back to normal "souvenir mode" (i.e. looong delays, I ger logged out, etc.) Quote Link to comment
+Rustynails
Continues to be down. Quote Link to comment
+cerberus1
Am able to view my profile and see my one cache found today, and "recently viewed" is back too. Tried from here to public, and from public to private profile dashboard. Thanks for stopping in on a weekend. Takes almost a full minute, surprised it didn't timed out, similar to quite a few years ago on most any weekend. Quote Link to comment
+Rustynails
Can't see profile. Still broken. Quote Link to comment
+Harry Dolphin
Still major problems logging caches and uploading photos. Ten minutes, and the photo is still not uploaded. Using Google Chrome. Quote Link to comment
+JoenGPS
Yes... same here... too several tries to post one log. Could not get live maps in the field. Edited February 2, 2020 by JoenGPS Quote Link to comment
