hidden/found by CO on cachepage incorrect with special characters in CO-name

When the CO-name has special characters in his/her/its name the link to the found/hidden page is not correct encoded. This results in an error message and a default searchpage instead of a list with found (or hidden) caches by the CO.

See e.g. this cachepage:

https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC8167X_wandelen-met-frouke-4-het-bergerbos

the links in ' ...other caches hidden or found by this user '

are misformed to https://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?u=Willy%2BFrancina

If you go to the profile of Willy+Francina and use the 'Geocaches' tab, the link gets formed as:

https://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?u=Willy%252bFrancina

(although that link is basically incorrect because now the % is also encoded, this version does work)

Yes, there are a number of links across the site that won't work correctly if the username contains special characters. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple of years.
