Website extremely slow

It's been a few weeks, months even, and the website has been extremely slow to navigate. All my other sites that I use, including geocaching, are acting normally. I have been using different internet connections while traveling and it seems to be just Waymarking that's extremely slow. I cleared my cache and everything but I still can't get the site back to normal speed. Has anyone else have this problem?

 

I use safari and been having the same issue on my phone and laptop. Not sure if it's safari or just that this is due to all the update the site has been getting over the last few weeks. I'm starting to get heavily backlogged on all my waymarks. Any ideas as to how to fix this if it's an isolated issue?

No matter what I use, the site is slow but not so slow that web pages time out.

For me too, whether on my phone or my computer, I use Mozilla Firefox, the site has been extremely slow for several days.

Blame California and disable cookiebot.com; see the Dec 31 Release Notes thread for details.  Good luck.

 

In Firefox, NoScript will do the job.

Someone just messaged me and mentioned how slow the website has been. "Join the club".

Afraid I can't "Join the club". Seems normal here. Chrome on a laptop.

You are right, sometimes it works as usual, but it's more often extremely low...
