The algorithm does take into account D/T ratings (but not "experience of the hider" which is subjective).   Working against that in this case is the fact that your cache has never been found.   If there are lots of DNF's or if your cache hasn't been found for a long time, a physical check followed an owner maintenance log saying everything's fine is likely to increase visits - and even finds.  If I know the cache is there because the owner just checked on it, I will be more p
